Pocket DX Contest does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The App operates entirely offline as a local training simulator:

• No account or sign-in is required.
• Your amateur radio callsign, if entered, is used only locally within the App to personalize your contest practice session and is never transmitted anywhere.
• The App does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
• The App does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or any other device data.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services or SDKs that collect data.

The App may contain a link to the developer's website (marblify.sk). Visiting this link opens your device's web browser, which is governed by that website's own practices and your browser's privacy settings, not by this policy.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
